The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has issued the Minister of Health Decree Number HK.01.07/MENKES/274/2026 regarding the National Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Management of Epilepsy in Adults. This document serves as the official standardized reference for medical professionals and healthcare facilities in providing comprehensive clinical care, ranging from diagnosis to long-term therapy. The primary objective of these guidelines is to standardize the quality of health services, improve patient clinical outcomes and quality of life, and ensure patient safety through evidence-based medical interventions across all Indonesian healthcare institutions.
